WHO IS CMB LICENSED EXPERT?
It is the person authorized to prepare and sign the “Real Estate Appraisal Report”, which is authorized by the Capital Markets Board (CMB), holds a Real Estate Appraisal License, has a 4-year degree from universities such as engineering, architecture and business-economics, has at least 3 years of professional experience, and is valid in banks and all official institutions.
The people holding this license; Since they know the mathematics of finance, title deed legislation, zoning legislation, banking transactions (mortgage, sales, annotation, etc.) very well and can analyze construction projects, they can guide the real estate investor accurately and effectively.
