With the circular numbered 2019/1, dated 15.02.2019, published by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre affiliated to the T.R. Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, for foreign national appraisal report is required not only in their citizenship application, but also in all sales transactions they are a party to as a buyer or seller.

In accordance with this circular, which is valid as of March 4, 2019 and expands the field of activity of the appraisal sector, international appraisal standards, other legislation and application principles are valid in the appraisal reports to be prepared by the real estate appraisal institutions authorized by the BRSA.
