The SSI (Social Security Institution) and Tax Offices, with which we have a contract, request real estate appraisal reports prepared by CMB licensed experts from natural and legal persons for the structuring transactions to be realized in return for real estate guarantee. In this respect, we present appraisal reports in accordance with the standards required by Public Institutions and Organizations for different properties throughout Turkey to be submitted to the SSI and Tax Offices we have contracted with.In addition, real estate appraisal reports requested by Commercial Courts within the scope of various lawsuits and concordat transactions are prepared in accordance with the standards requested by the institution.
