The services you can receive regarding the project coordination of the entire project or a part of it, such as  the restructuring of problematic areas and/or buildings in the city, starting from the determination of the zoning status given in different scopes, determining the right ownership, drawing new projects, scientifically conducting the goodwill work according to the old and new projects, matching the current situation with the new project, assisting in the selection of contractors in the title deed and municipality processes are provided by our experienced colleagues in this department.

The works are carried out within the scope of the LAW No. 6306 on the “TRANSFORMATION OF AREAS UNDER DISASTER RISK”.
